Flow are a centre of excellence for cardiovascular care on the Gold Coast, Australia. As a new business they approached us to create their brand, to announce their launch into the sector.
THE BRIEF: Flow wanted their brand to reflect both what they do - Cardiac Diagnostics, and where they do it - The Gold Coast australia. Many of the competitors brands are extremely cold and clinical looking, but Flow wanted to be far more approachable and friendly.
THE OPPORTUNITY: We created a unique wave device to reflect their costal location and tie in with the brandname, which reveals a heart in the negative space under the breaking wave and reflects their specialism. We wanted to balance a friendly approachability, with trust and clinical excellence, to reflect this new businesses core values.
WEBSITE: The site is clean, and simple to use, using straightforward language, to be as inviting as possible to patients who may feel concerned about their health.
NAME CARDS: The use of name cards helps the doctors feel approachable and caring.
SIGNAGE: Wayfinding is clean and clear to make the experience as stress-free as possible.
WAVE DEVICE: The wave device can be used as a shorthand for the brand when the name is not needed..
BRAND COLOURS: The consistent use of white and the blues holds all the touch-points together visually.
INTERIORS: Balancing clinical efficacy with a light and airy modernity was key to creating an inviting space for the patients.
CAMPAIGN: A sense of calm, and the call to action “Make sure your heart’s content” encourages patients to book in for a check-up.
